It was 1998 when we had the idea to bring great value to customers seeking legal forms, contracts, and agreements. We registered the domain name ContractCentral.com, and our dream came alive…

The website may not look very different from ten years ago, but a lot has changed. We’ve incorporated Contract Central, and trademarked the name ContractCentral. We’ve changed the type of software we used to sell, from cd-rom’s mailed to our customer — to online forms that are downloadable instantly.

We’ve also added a forum and this blog. Our blog is great for keeping our customers up-to-date on some of the exciting things we are doing here at ContractCentral. The forum is great because it gives our customers a way to interact dynamically with others, ask questions about contracts, agreements, and forms, and get answers.
